For all touched by the disease of breast cancer, we will diffuse the fear; encourage the spirit; restore emotional comfort, strength and peace through humor and positive support.

Hello! My name is the Old Woman in the Web. Our product line of cards and mini-books is based on my personal experience fighting breast cancer. All cards and mini-books are a true chronicle of my journey told in an uplifting and humorous format. I am the author of all our product line, and my husband is the illustrator. All material shows the strength of a positive attitude; the power of a spiritual faith; the support of friends and family; and, how “looking on the bright side” can get you through almost anything.
At the beginning of my breast cancer journey, I made the decision, no matter what the outcome, to go through it with a positive attitude! Perception is reality. Someone can choose to “look on the bright side” of every situation they experience. . . . .good and not-so-good. “Looking On The Bright Side” began as a way for friends and family to support those they love, through humor and a way of addressing their particular situation. There are no other breast cancer products on the market that can so intimately support a breast cancer journey! Take a look at our product line and I bet you can find something that will give your family member or friend a lift. Speaking from experience, it’s those “lifts” from others that help you get through the journey.
